We answer some of your questions about Royal Ascot

One of the highlights of the Flat racing season, Royal Ascot takes place around the same dates in June every year. It is a 5 day festival which runs from Tuesday to Saturday every year. The 2025 dates for Royal Ascot are 17th to 21st June.

General admission tickets for The Festival are sold by Ascot Racecourse on their website. These tend to sell out for every day, so best to act quickly. At Events Hospitality, we offer hospitality packages for every day of Royal Ascot.

Each day at Royal Ascot is a similar atmosphere, but with different marquee races for each day. It is also more corporate during the week, with lots of client entertainment, while Saturday is more of a family occasion. There are many factors to deciding which day to attend, so we have put together a handy guide at the bottom of the page to help you decide.

At Events Hospitality, we have hospitality packages options available for all of the dates at Royal Ascot. We have a huge variety of packages, so encourage people to contact us initially to discuss their requirements. That way we can give you the package most suited to your tastes, with the best possible price – email [email protected] and we would be happy to help.

At Events Hospitality, we only sell hospitality packages and VIP experiences for Royal Ascot. We have official hospitality packages for each day of Royal Ascot, with VIP tickets, restaurant packages and private boxes available.

All hospitality packages for Royal Ascot will get you access from doors opening. Gates open from 10:30am each day and bearing in mind racing doesn’t start until 2:30pm, it can be a long day! Especially as for each hospitality package food and drink is served from arrival. Racing starts at 2:30pm and finishes around 6:31pm, with hospitality continuing for an hour afterwards.

Some hospitality packages have views of the Racecourse, some don’t, so make sure you check on purchasing. Some hospitality packages are in the Royal Enclosure and some are in the Queen Anne Enclosure, which have different inclusions, dress codes and access. We will explain this to you when you enquire so any questions email [email protected]

We have hospitality packages for each day at Royal Ascot but these are always in high demand. If you know which day you would like to attend, we recommend booking early, as the most popular areas often sell out quickly. We don’t offer general admission tickets for Ascot, so this is the only way to purchase through Events Hospitality.

This depends on each day, with prices listed on the packages on our website. If you can’t find these or need more information, please just email us on [email protected] Please remember we only have hospitality packages for this event.

At Events Hospitality we only offer premium tickets and official hospitality packages. We also only sell tickets or packages that we have in hand, to ensure availability for our clients (many companies out there will sell the tickets and then attempt to procure them afterwards to fulfil the order).

We know how stressful it can be trying to work out which companies are genuine, especially when there are so many out there. As one of the newer ones, we also know how much harder we have to work to prove ourselves. That’s why we offer a 100% money back guarantee if we don’t deliver your tickets. To ensure you’re dealing with a reputable company please call us on 0208 053 0278 to ask any questions, or view more information about us here.

Wherever you are buying your tickets from, make sure you do your research. Take a look at online reviews, ask to speak to previous customers or verify with the venue that the company you are using are official hospitality agents.

Gates open at 10:30am and the first race is at 2:30pm each day. The Feature Race of the day is usually the 3rd or 4th race and racing finishes at 6:10pm, with hospitality continuing for an hour afterwards.

Yes, all tickets give you full access for the entirety of the day, from the start to the end of play. You also get access to your hospitality suite for the same period. You are not allowed to leave the racecourse and come back on the same ticket.

A4 sized bags (handbags) are permitted, everything else is not. All bags will be searched on entry.

Most people arrive by train (unless you’re a high roller and you get a helicopter). There are regular trains to Ascot Station from London Waterloo, going through various locations. They also come from Reading and Guildford. The Racecourse is only about a 10 minute walk from the station, so it’s the ideal way to travel.

If travelling by car, the Racecourse is easy to find and there are 8,000 parking spaces at the Racecourse. Parking can be pre-booked but must be done 5 days before the event, otherwise its pay on the day and in cash. As with many events, there can be queues leaving the carpark after the event, although departures are more staggered than other sports.

For each hospitality package, you have a dedicated table or area in a specific hospitality lounge. This is your base for the day and for you to come and go from as you please. Some hospitality lounges have a viewing balcony, others will give you access to the Queen Anne or Royal Enclosure to watch the racing.

Very much so – it is one of the strictest of any events. For some general admission areas it is fairly relaxed but for hospitality there are many restrictions and requirements. Rather than try to explain ourselves, we’ll leave it up to the Racecourse to explain what is and isn’t allowed here.

Children under the age of 16 are no longer permitted at Royal Ascot, but can attend other days at the racecourse. Children 17 or over will need to purchase a full-price ticket.

More than enough! The Racecourse bookies will operate on the rails, which is one of the true experiences of going to the Racing. If you’d prefer not to venture all that way, there will be Tote betting outlets in all hospitality areas and you also have access to select bookmakers via the course wi-fi.

Yes there are cash machines at Ascot Racecourse.
