We answer some of your questions on The O2
Tickets for events at the O2 are sold via different channels, depending on the event. Some are direct from the O2 itself, other via the event promoter or artist. At Events Hospitality, we sell premium tickets and hospitality packages for all events at the O2. These are available even for otherwise sold out occasions, so we are a one stop shop for the biggest and best events at the O2.
We have premium tickets and hospitality packages options available for all of the events at the O2, throughout the year. As availability will differ for events, it is best to call us on 0208 053 0278 to discuss your requirements.
In short, yes. These are premium tickets, such as in the American Express Lounge, or VIP Hospitality packages in a box or shared suite. The best packages depend on the event itself, so we are on hand to give advice as to the one that would best suit you.
This is governed by the event, so can differ quite a lot. Where possible, prices for the event are displayed on the package itself, but if you have any questions or specific requirements then just contact us on 0208 053 0278 to discuss the options. We often have some of the best prices for tickets at the O2, even for the most exclusive or sold out events.
At Events Hospitality we only offer premium tickets and official hospitality packages. We also only sell tickets or packages that we have in hand, to ensure availability for our clients (many companies out there will sell the tickets and then attempt to procure them afterwards to fulfil the order).
We know how stressful it can be trying to work out which companies are genuine, especially when there are so many out there. As one of the newer ones, we also know how much harder we have to work to prove ourselves. That’s why we offer a 100% money back guarantee if we don’t deliver your tickets. To ensure you’re dealing with a reputable company please call us on 0208 053 0278 to ask any questions, or view more information about us.
Wherever you are buying your tickets from, make sure you do your research. Take a look at online reviews, ask to speak to previous customers or verify with the venue that the company you are using are official hospitality agents.
The O2 Arena is located in Greenwich, South London.
Generally speaking, the O2 Arena as a whole is open to everyone, so you don’t need a ticket to access the bars and restaurants in or around the dome. However, once you’ve used your ticket to go into the arena where the concert is held, you won’t be able to leave and come back.
Around the dome and non-ticketed areas, bags are permitted. You can take an A4 sized bag (aka a handbag) into the arena for events, but not backpacks, travel cases or large tote bags. These would need to be left the storage facilities, for a fee. All bags will be searched, as will every person entering the arena.
If you’re travelling by tube, the O2 is served by North Greenwich station, on the Jubilee Line. This is easily accessed from London Bridge or Stratford. Driving to the O2 is much better than most others in London and there are quite a lot of carparks, both on site and slightly further away, so its not as hard to get in or out. For those looking for a more adventurous mode of travel, the Thames Clipper and the Emirates Air Line cable car both serve the venue.
These are usually sent around 3-5 days before your event and we’ll keep you updated with the timeframe to receive these. As there is such a variety of events, the format of tickets can sometimes differ, but most tickets for the O2 will be e-tickets, sent via email.
This will be explained to you during the purchase, as it obviously depends on the package. To get an idea of the available locations, you can see various seating maps at the bottom of the page.
Generally speaking no, most events are very relaxed. The hospitality at the O2 also tends to be on the more informal side, so there isn’t many restrictions to this. However, certain events may have a specific dress code which we will make you aware of, but any questions just ask.
Children 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult and for most events under 16s cannot go into the standing area. Everyone entering the O2 arena must have a ticket, regardless of age and other restrictions may apply depending on the event, so please double check first. You don’t need a ticket to access the facilities around the arena.
Not inside the Arena, no. Outside there are some smoking areas, but you won’t be able to access these once you’ve have gone into the event itself.
